Pharmacy Weight Loss Exeter | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pharmacy Weight Loss Exeter, a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in England. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Exeter is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) serving patients in Exeter and the surrounding areas. We provide clinically supervised weight loss treatments, including prescription and non-prescription options, through our secure online platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over to use our services. Our prescription weight loss treatments are only available to individuals who meet the relevant clinical criteria, which are assessed during our online consultation process.

You must be a UK resident and provide accurate, truthful information about your medical history, current medications, and health status. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services if we have reason to believe that information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

Our services are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who have certain medical conditions that contraindicate the use of weight loss medications. Our prescribers will assess your suitability prior to issuing any prescription.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted by a qualified prescriber registered in the UK. A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribing team. We are unable to guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. You will be notified promptly if your application is unsuccessful.

Prescription medications must only be used as directed. You must not share, sell, or transfer your medication to any other person. If your circumstances or health status change, you must notify us immediately.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept all major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.

Prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly before checkout. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be completed within 1 working day. Orders are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging.

Delivery is available to addresses within the UK. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier issues or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us directly. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, as medications cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our pharmacy premises, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services do not replace your regular GP or healthcare provider. You should always consult your GP if you have concerns about your health.

We are not liable for any adverse effects arising from the use of medications where our prescribing and dosage instructions have not been followed, or where you have provided inaccurate health information during your consultation.

8. Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and store your information.
